Founders

Founders Ronald Spruit and Thom Koning decided to join forces in 2018 as they have seen and experienced that disruptive changes can eliminate complete businesses and companies when not adaptive and resilient. Both have an extensive career at senior management level in Business Continuity Management and systems (ISO 22301), Quality (ISO 9001), Safety & Health (OHSAS/ISO 45001) & Environment (ISO 14001) with responsibility for strategy, budget, implementation and team development in public and private domain.
