Hotspots are the attributions to the resilient organization which do require attention if not addressed properly. Leadership and (Safety) Culture, Network and Relationships internal /external and Change readiness are the pillars of the organization. These three pillars are subdivided in the 9 attributions as picted on the right. With our quick healthcheck you get the first impression where the organization might need extra attention.
